Nestled in a secluded and tranquil neighborhood away from the bustles of the city, within 10 minutes of groceries, Starbucks, 89 restaurants, 15 hiking trails, and more! Various attractions, including Old Town Scottsdale, Camelback Mountain, and Odysea Aquarium, are just a short car ride away.

Living Areas Kitchen:
Enter Luxury Mountain Estate and let yourself into a world of grandeur. The sophisticated yet cozy living room invites you in with abundant natural light from multiple windows and skylights, and the smart TV is there for your relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring stainless steel appliances and basic cooking essentials. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is the 2nd bedroom, featuring a twin trundle bed and desk, perfect for younger guests. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds, with ample closet space. The 4th and 5th bedrooms each boast a comfortable queen bed and a cozy nook by the window overlooking the backyard. The 6th bedroom can be found in the guest house, equipped with a smart TV and multiple windows letting in warm sunlight and gorgeous mountain views.

Pool heat is typically requested between Oct - Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat spa heat are $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. Only pool heat is $125/night, and only spa heat is $75/night. We require 7 days notice from check-in if you wish to add this amenity to your stay. Please note, this home has an electric pool heater. This means that the desired temperature of the pool may not be achieved, depending on weather conditions. - Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A non-refundable accidental damage coverage policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 covers $1,500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We ll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
