Open the front door and find yourself in a thoughtfully designed, modern great room with soothing neutral-toned furnishings. The living area offers a comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed for additional guests. The efficiency kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and 2-burner gas cooktop. The trendy gray cabinets offer plenty of space for all your goodies and surprisingly spacious counters to prepare your favorite snacks. A pub-height table for 4 allows for meals enjoyed together.

The separate bedroom is spacious and decorated in earth tones for a serene and comfortable nights sleep in a queen size bed. Take in your favorite TV show or the latest blockbuster movie on the Sling-enabled Smart TV. The roomy bath features a large walk-in shower and modern vanity. Bathroom toiletries are provided.

The Fort Lauderdale airport (FLL) is just 10 minutes away, which is such a relief after a long day of travel.

On your way to check-in, drop by the new Hard Rock, also just 10 minutes from our home, for a bite to eat and maybe some star-gazing! If you d rather just walk everywhere once you arrive, it s easy to do that! Within a 4-block radius, you ll find restaurants, coffee shops, bars and a grocery store. Park your car and forget about it! Everything you need for the most memorable of vacations is waiting for you here at our home in Hollywood. We can t wait to meet you!

This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $100, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

Neighborhood Overview

At 2.5 miles long, it is a paved brick promenade, full of shops, eateries and oceanfront views of the mesmerizing blue of the Atlantic Ocean and its sandy shores. Parents will be happy to know that, according to floridashollywood, Hollywood Beach is among the first in Florida to be designated Blue Wave Beaches, a distinction that places them among the nations cleanest, safest and most user-friendly beaches. Best of all, getting there is free! Just hop on the electric shuttle. For days when you d like a change of pace from the beach, there are plenty of choices! Drop in to the Anne Kolb Nature Center, a Nature reserve with walking paddling trails through mangroves, an aquarium and an observation tower.

The ArtsPark at Young Circle is a 10-acre park, featuring an amphitheater, playground, and arts pavilion. For an exciting evening out, try the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino and see if Lady Luck smiles on you! Some of our favorite restaurants in Hollywood are Drastix on Tyler St. for healthy Asian fare, CLASS Soiree Steakhouse on N. 20th Ave. for traditional steak and seafood, Auraw on N. 30th Rd. for vegan options, and Sardelli s on Van Buren St. for classic Italian. In Hollywood, you ll find yourself conveniently located halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale with easy access to both exciting cities. Either airport is equally distant.

Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.

Pest Control:

Please note we have rigorous pest control on all of our properties. Due to the beautiful tropical climate Florida has, it sometimes brings bugs. To find some is not uncommon and is something every south Florida home deals with. If you see a large amount any of our native , please take a picture or give us a call

Starter Supplies:

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.
