This spacious and comfortable home features a guest room on the lower level with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the upper level offers two additional guest rooms one with a king bed and the other with two queens, both with their own ensuite bathrooms.
The modern living area includes a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living room adorned with contemporary art. Step outside to relax by the lap pool, ideal for warm dips during your stay. You ll also enjoy the prime location, just a 15-minute walk to the Jardin (main square), immersing you in the vibrant culture and historic charm of San Miguel de Allende.
Additional amenities include parking, filtered water, and maid and gardener service three days a week. Staff does not work on Sundays or National Holidays. They are often available during these times at overtime rates. Please inquire for additional time.

Nightly: $ 300 / 400 for Holidays/Winter (2 Night min)
Weekly: $ 2,000 / 2,800 for Holidays/Winter
Monthly: $ 4,200 / $ 4,800 for Winter
