Two of the three suites are located on the upper level. Each have a king sized bed, en suite bath, and AC (Mini Splits). One of the bathrooms has a shower and bath tub. The owner a newly styled shower. One the lower level you ll find the third suite with a queen sized bed and en suite with shower. This room is next to a large well manicured garden area. There is a comfortable seating area and bistro table for breakfast or coffee just next to the bedroom.

The roof terrace has spectacular views of San Miguel de Allende s churches most prominently the Parroquia. There is a comfortable seating area surrounding a fireplace and dining table for four.
